Great Grandpa

After nearly calling it quits in 2021, Seattle-born Great Grandpa did what any healthy band would do, moved continents, had a baby, opened a bookshop, made solo records, and then got back together anyway. The result? ‘Patience, Moonbeam’: an ambitious, oddly joyful odyssey of life’s messiness, grief, growth, and the occasional banjo. Think ‘Abbey Road’ by way of emotional millennial indie rock. They’re older, wiser, and still figuring it out. Aren’t we all?
